Please make your way to the preferred (VIP) parking area in the public carpark this is accessed via the bridge walk-way on level 1 of the terminal building. When you leave the baggage re-claim area and enter the arrivals hall you will see the elevators and ramp-escalator in front of you, please make your way up to level 1, then cross the bridge to the public parking area. When you arrive at the parking ticket hall, We will be waiting for you in this parking area with a board displaying ARROW RENT A CAR.
